New Mobile phone

So just basically wanted to know what is the latest / best mobile phone out for the money via experience thinking of buying a new phone i have the Samsung D900 in which i've had from release date so 3 years now the screens fucked so was wondering if any of you legends could help me out, good camera is priority i dont really use the phone for games or anything like that so anyone interested in phones come have your say... btw this is for mainly contract.

Nokia N96 or Sony Ericsson C905 are decent.

I could get an upgrade atm but I'm waiting for the new range of phones with the pull out keyboards.
